hanging steady, may need to change up something to get past the plateau, but really unwilling to at the moment. It's hard enough trying to stay at 2000 calories a day
186.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
