The one nice thing about a catastrophic blowout (we spent a week at the beach, eating everything and anything) is that some of the weight gain comes off quickly.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1395 kcal Fat: 93.80g | Prot: 97.90g | Carb: 31.50g.   Breakfast: Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooked Sausage Patties, Fried Egg. Lunch: Mixed Salad Greens, Cucumber (Peeled) , Boiled Egg, Kirkland Signature Crumbled Bacon, Briannas Home Style Real French Vinaigrette, Mushrooms , Tomatoes. Dinner: Great Value Romaine Lettuce, Onions, Poblano Pepper, Jalapeno Peppers , Perdue Ground Chicken, Texas Roadhouse Ribeye (16 oz). Snacks/Other: Cheddar Cheese , David Seeds Pumpkin Seeds, Blackberries . more...

Sometimes it helps to only bring liquids out to the beach, so that you're not munching on the sand and then grabbing an additional meal on the boardwalk afterwards. In fact, cutting out snacks entirely will save you upwards of 500 cals/day. Worth a try, if you're not dropping as fast as you'd like to.
