My bad. The only exercise I could scrounge up all week and it happened to be going up and down six flights of stairs last night. I'm a little sore. Water retention? Ah well. Eating wasn't as on point as I would have liked it to have been, and exercise was lacking.

It's been a stressful week, today is no exception. I have to get my preclinical paperwork done for tomorrow, and I have two different orientations to attend for my kiddos. I need an extra day this week.

Tired of stressing about clinical and scrambling to get the kiddos ready for school Monday. Hell, today I have to call the bus garage because we're not on the bus schedule. Three years in this district and every damn one of them have been hell when it comes to getting the bus route. If I could fast forward to Monday at 830, that'd be great.

Alright, well I'm tired and I have a lot to do so I better get at it.

Youlanda, you've got a lot going on. I know how I react to stress - eating poorly - so IMO the small gain shows you're persevering under the circumstances. Hang in there, keep in mind all that you've accomplished already, hope you have a better day today. :)

I feel for you hun. I understand busy way too much too and I make my own stress. You need to try and take 1 hour a day for yourself. Just to chill and do what you want not do what you have to do. ME time is a way to stress relieve. I know easier said than done but it is something you need.

That gain isn't that much, so don't worry about it too much. It very well could be water retention. Sounds like you have a busy day and maybe weekend ahead. Monday will be here before you know it! Have a good weekend!!

Too little of a weight gain to even think about. You are doing great! Not everyone can juggle all the things you do. Be kind to yourself and pat yourself on the back!

I agree, don't worry about it. You have been doing an amazing job the past few weeks, and the scale isn't always your friend. They can be mean, and ornery. Kick its *ss next week. Have a good one!
