I haven't weighed in awhile due to foot pain. Think it's a nerve issue, and getting it checked out later today (been about 1 1/2 weeks). I know nothing is broken, no bruising, and not a muscle thing.
I can't do cardio with it (even swimming hurts), but I have still be working out. I have weights and bands at home, so can work out without putting any weight on my foot. Hopefully it gets better soon, so I can (slowly) go back to my normal workout routine!

Apparently, it was nerve pain due to an issue in my hips. Reminds you how connected everything is! The chiropractor adjusted my hips and foot, then massaged a trigger point (ooh, that hurt). It isn't 100% better, but I'm barely limping now! I might need to go back in on Monday for one final adjustment, if it's not completely better, but I am amazed at how quickly that worked. I don't know why - I've been going to my chiropractor for about 3 years, and she's great. I should know by now how important it is that everything is aligned correctly.
