Writing this today, to recap my food today:
Breakfast: -
Lunch: 1/2 cup brown rice + 1 cup chickpeas + 1 brown toast + 1/2 avocado
Snack: 200cc Smoothie (Apple + orange + grapefruit + beetroot + flax seed + chia seed)
Tea/Early dinner (5pm): 3 brown toasts + 1 1/2 avocado + 2 slices of turkey ham
1 cup of tea + 1 1/2 tsps brown sugar

30mins light workout - yoga and toning exercise

And now, drinking all the water I didn't have during the day!
