I'm slacking in the activity department. The weather is letting me down big time. Lots of rain. Hard to go out for a walk or a bike ride when it's constantly raining. I'm worried about getting big enough deficits for a loss this week. Even if I don't, I guess it's not the end of the world is it?

Next week I will be able to go back to the gym in the mornings after taking the kiddos to school. It will be different having some alone time again. I'm looking forward to it. I am an introvert by nature and I highly value my alone time. Not sure where a job fits into that schematic but we will see lol.

So that about sums it up. Feeling overwhelmed and a tad guilty.

There are plenty of things you can do inside to get your exercise in. If you like walking, you can do laps all over the house, march in place, dance to some good beats, put some exercise or dance videos on, lift small weights, and/or do exercises, etc. Just put your will power to work for you! You can do this!

We're having some damp, chilly weather here, so the outdoor activities have been lacking for me too. It will probably warm back up though so we should enjoy the cooler temps. I enjoy my alone time too, and getting exercise in while you have alone time is a great way to spend it! You are doing amazing, so don't get down on yourself for a little less activity this week. :)

Don't feel guilty, you're doing great. You'll get back to your workout routine soon enough. You can always do squats and planks to fill in when it's raining.
