Struggling all summer long, getting back to eating clean, and walking. I'm forever trying to get back on track, but can't seem to get serious. I hate how I feel. Being overweight isn't a new thing for me. I'm going to try once again.

It's the hardest time to try to make a change because I've always made summertime geared around high fat foods. Today I am going to clean out the cupboards and fridge Throwing away what I know are my triggers. A step at a time, day at a time. I know this.

I know it doesn't take long before I start feeling better. How quickly the aches and pains will subside once I get walking again. So what's my issue? Why wouldn't I want to feel better? So..."self" you deserve to feel better! Get with the program! You haven't been happy for a long time. You deserve to be happy.
