I lost 40 pounds 3 years ago just counting calories on this website, but I lost the will to keep it up. The stress of quitting my job to go back to school and my little brother getting cancer put me in a rough state of mind. I shouldn't have let it all hurt my momentum, but I did. No worries though, and no more excuses. He is healthy now and I graduated. I will not let stress beat me down, that was a mistake. I'm taking control of my body to get healthy again!
