I am still tired this morning and I had aches in my legs and arms all night long. This morning I get up and realize I had not taken my vitamins and mineral supplements yesterday. 8 am working until almost 9 pm last night. Then a shower and I climbed into bed and watched some of the ball game with hubby as I literally passed out. But it was fretful sleep with the aches waking me several times and I had taken motrin and melatonin before bed. Amazing what missing things like calcium, magnesium and potassium that have an effect on you.

Today we are probably finishing the floor in the kitchen (finally) and starting on the remaining part of the game room. I also need to paint the blocks that are will be at the bottom of the door trim enhancing the iconic farm house look we have been doing. Seeing that it is an old farm style Victorian minus some of the gingerbread trim.

Anyway goals:
-stay on plan
-floor in kitchen completed
-progress on game room floor
-sanding painting blocks
-better sleep
-take vitamins/minerals (done)

I am almost too tired to want to do anything so it will be a challenge today to stay motivated.

Kelly, you are getting so much closer to having a kitchen! So sorry that you are sore and so tired. Yes, it is amazing what missing supplements that your body is used to can do. I'm learning with my recommitment to pushing exercise that stretching is a plus to helping those aches and pains.. Gentle stretching most of your body before bed really helps me, relaxes those muscles so I can rest. I've been waking up and find myself doing more stretches in the am to get me moving. It simply feels good and helps get rid of that morning stiffness.

I take magnesium every day and especially before bed - it really helps with the muscle tightness. I would miss it if I forgot it.

Sorry you have the aches and soreness. You are doing such a great job on all your projects! The body does get used to the extra boost the vitamins and supplements give. I have just gone back to taking a multi vitamin in the morning. Hoping it will help give me a boost.
