OK, I'm as addicted to my scale as I am to food... I can't stop myself; first thing almost every day I go to the bathroom and weigh myself. I swear that scale has a personality - for the last couple of days, it was looking a little like my high school English teacher, stern and a bit disappointed in me, but today it looked up and smiled.
It's so easy to be good when you see results! I am eager for Wednesday, so I can do my official weigh-in. Best of all, I pulled out a pair of snugger jeans today, and they went on smoothly, with no muffin top!!! I can't remember if they ever fit so well before. Of course, in two weeks, they'll be too big...
Keep it up, everyone. In my case, it's all about the support and motivation. Believe me, if I can do this, so can you!
