So I am attempting a vegetarian diet with my girlfriend, and she has a very strong will, and is very good at focusing.... as for me? not soo much, when it comes to food i am very weak, i binge eat when i find something i like, there is no "full" i will eat until everything is gone.
So going out to eat today with her, and her dad, 95% of the menu was meat, and of course, he ordered meat, she was very good, ordered a veggie sandwich. I nearly freaked out at the restaurant, just because i couldnt find anything i wanted that wasnt meat! I ended up ordering the spinach quesadillas, very good, but not filling and not satisfying...
I have come to realize, i CANNOT eat out until i learn more discipline.
