Thursday night's training session - machine leg squats (180 lbs) + side lunges + box steps + backwards lunges + 2 minute push-up challege (56 push-ups)
176.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
