Up and down with the weight, but no big change this past one week. No fun.
I keep on getting comments on that I should eat loads cause I'm pregnant, but I feel this is just stupid. Eating well is the good advice, eating balanced, and having all the pregnancy vitamins. But comments like "eat all the chocolate you want" "Take it easy with exercising, don't move much" . Who will then have to deal with the extra weight after delivery?
I know I have to eat balanced, and do the exercise which is good for pregnancy, but it's not easy or me. I've been eating more etc... but these comments don't push me to try harder to be healthier, they just push me into converting into a whale.
