I weighed 172 when I decided to get the Walmart Nutrisystems 5 days trial kit. I was really impressed with how tastey all of the food was. After the 5 day trial I wieghed 168.6 and already felt so much better! Unfortunatly I'll have a few days on my own while I wait for my food to arrive but Nutrisystems has great guide lines for what to eat so as long as I stick to the plan I should be fine. Yesterday was my first day on my own and I was down to 167.8 this morning so that's encouraging.

I hope there is a way to have the weight counter start over when you start a new diet. I hate seeing that 6.8 of gain when I'm technically starting fresh, lol

I plan on trying the kit. I am glad you liked it, I will go get one this week. I am not sure about locking in to the program for their delivery. Let me know what you like and don't like please.
