I don't want to register my food in that section, because these products won't be on the list and don't feel like taking too much time checking each ingredient of the preparations.
So,
Breakfast: 1 Cheese and Ham Omelette + 1 Fresh Orange Juice
Lunch: 2 Chicken frankies
Snack: Smoothie (Spinach + Carrot + Apple + Orange + Chia)
Dinner: Chicken with tomato and onion gravy + 2 chapatis + 100cc Ceres Sparkling juice
Voila!
Ahh and 30mins yoga
Aaaand +-2 litres of water
No junk or snacks in between :D Yipee!
Let's see what the scale says tomorrow.
