Doing well. I saw my counselor today, he gave me some tips on job hunting. I may volunteer at one place to hopefully end up getting hired there. At least I have something now. Enough anyway, I am doing fine with a limited amount of 'things'. The weather was cool today only about 80* so it was very comfortable. Diet completely on track. Tomorrow more laundry probably, maybe walking and of course writing and then work. Then this weekend I may go do some shopping. Anyway, I have stopped associating with two former friends and I am better for it. They can't spend time talking about me since I am done with the toxic nonsense. I don't have many friends, but who needs people who are not healthy to be associating with? Hope everyone is well. I read on the Internet today someone commented about financial things and said, "I came into this world with nothing..." It is a good perspective to have. Money buys comfort and things but a nice walk in a good neighborhood in the evening is something enjoyable - and it is free...

Hi Glen, yes, surround yourself with positive people if at all possible because it is true that some people are toxic. Not to be mean but not to accept the drain. I too am doing laundry, a constant in my life lol. Best wishes on the job search and I am happy to hear you received some good tips from your counselor. TOWANDA!!!!

Hi Lisa - no I am not being mean, I just have had enough; sometimes it is time to move on in a 'new season' in life so to speak. I realize one of my friends has been talking to these toxic two at times - now he can't talk with them about me - as I don't have contact with them...

Glenn, I have to agree with you..toxic friends are not good for you. Also the free things in life are so much more enjoyable...like a nice walk, or watching the animals play.. Hope you have a great weekend buddy........Bren
