I was reading what you eat. May I suggest a book to read. Wheat Belly by
William Davis, MD. This will completely change how you view food. Lose the wheat, lose the weight. This will take you on a path back to health. Amazon.com has this and other books he has written. It is a real eye opener and I think you will find this a god send. I know I sure did. For bread, the Ezrkiel 4.9 is a good choice. I like the raison. It is made from sprouted grains. It is also filling. I love chocolate, so I make my own candy called chocolate delights. I eat a few every day. Recipe on YouTube, type in hcg chocolate delights in search bar.You can reach your goals and a boost of education helps all of us. Dr. Davis is a preventive cardiologist with a positive course of action to regain health and lose unwanted pounds for good. He has decades of clinical research backed by case studies. I hope this helps you.
