Wow! I lost 0,4grs! Impressed.
I know I'm pregnant and this is not supposed to be an aim, but considering the amount of fat and extra calories I've consumed and have stored in my body right now, I know even if I lose weight, there is lots stored in my body. Plus, I lost weight while eating loads yesterday!!! Nutella cookies, half a can of condensed milk... and food, which is a must.
Sharing my tips:
1. I drank less than 2 litres of water after avoiding it a bit lately. I should aim to 3, but still it helped.
2. I did 30mins of pregnancy pilates. It helped too!
0,4grs less today :D
Thank you fatsecret! I was at least aware of the amount of food I could possibly eat, and how the exercise helps in burning a specific amount of calories.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
