OATMEAL FOR BREAKFAST keeps me full for sooooo long.....by lunch time im still full but i eat anyway...which is what im use to....hence me being over weight but its mostly greens.

I have weigh in at weight watchers on Friday. I think I have stuck to the program. This is my second week. I am always hungry.

it always happens at the begining. Your stomach will adjust to the new portions!!!

Maybe a snack like fruit, (berries, etc) in between breakfast and lunch will help with your metabolism since you are not hungry
