I'm kind of down today my rear tube and tire on my bicycle blew out on me and left me a long walk home.
252.2 lb Lost so far: 62.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had a pump, and half a bottle of slime in each tire, I was not carrying a spare tire or tube though...
