Changed my method of journaling and also have been abusive with ice cream. Think I need to go back to journaling where calories are counted. Will give it one more week with current method. I know what I should not be eating but have been doing it anyway. Time to stop! NO excuses!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
