Finally had a decent week with my food logs. I'm going to be working closer with my trainer to make sure that what I'm eating is what I actually need. He's reduced my calories quite a bit and I still seem to have a hard time hitting them but I'm going to keep at it. My asthma has been doing pretty decent, I was actually able to make it to a class and do the full workout without getting sick! Victory!
