Today while doing agility I realized glad I am not doing Zumba as I have like 5 left feet doing the agility drills and to think I used to play a ton of baseball and football, racquetball, when I was younger, but I always had a hard time with aerobics as well. This guy seems to have no rhythm.

IKR lol its all I can do not to knock people over in Yoga let alone dance around. I have heard rumors its all about practice but I aint buying it.
