I feel like I am finally doing well again. Ate under 1200 calories yesterday. Worked out. And enjoyed a day at the beach with my daughter. The scale is finally moving in the right direction. I am hoping for more of the same today. Only no beach and lots of yardwork and housework. That will be quite satisfying. So will going to New Orleans in 15 days with a tighter waistline. Can't wait!!! Hope to lose 4 pounds by then. Even 3 would be nice.
