Twas a good day all around as far as a 1st day back to work after a vacation week. Exercise was a 15 minute legs TRX video Bodyfit by Amy. I wanted to also do her 10 min kettle ball one but simply ran out of time as if I do them late I don't sleep.

Eating was good all plant based except 1/4 cup of milk in cereal. I'm feeling so much better. Lesson learned. Ham is in the trash as it is picked up tomorrow.

I'm trying to accomplish one or two things a day not food or exercise related during the week and also go to bed with the house still decluttered and looking good. succeeded today. I even made a batch of mini blueberry oatmeal muffins for work tomorrow. I recorded a small as I did taste a bit of the batter and ate one mini.

Blueberry oatmeal muffins sounds wonderful! You did great with the exercise and food. Easy to run out of time.

I wish you luck eating plant based! If you're having a hard time letting go of dairy milk, I have found flax milk to be very similar (very creamy, very delicious). :)

Chalotte, I've eaten mostly plant based for several years and many meatless meals for my family dating back to the early 70's so not something new for me. Thanks for info though, I use almond milk for my smoothies. I have no issue with dairy or meat, just feel better with less of it. ;) I will probably take the gallon of whole milk and make some yogurt in the next day or so.

Kattay, love my suspension trainer! So handy when time is short for going to the gym.

I glad to hear that it was a good day back to work. I love vacation, but I've discovered that I do better with some structure in my life.

Ham doesn't agree with me either and I am a big meat eater. I can have pork, just not a lot of ham.

Glen, structure does help some. I tend not to remember to eat on my days off then end up grabbing something quick because I suddenly realize my blood sugar is dropping too low. Mom, I tossed the rest of it. Hate to toss food but that way it won't still be in my freezer next year. ;)
