I watched what I ate but did little exercise. When I did some massive exercise, I went down to 198 but I gained 6 of it back. I guess it was a lot of water but the experiment still worked. I did lose weight without entering my nutrition and exercise.

I want to give this a big push so I will only do this for one more week. I do feel I did better when I logged everything in. Maybe it's holding myself accountable. What do you think.

HAPPY MONDAY EVERYONE. STAY POSITIVE AND DON'T LET NEGATIVITY AND NEGATIVE PEOPLE GET IN YOUR WAY.

Everybody does better when they are logging their foods. This way you will not eat the dessert after dinner when you see you will go over your RDI with it or you will do 30 extra minutes of cardio to burn it off.

I know I do better when I log my food. After all these months of practice with logging, I am pretty sure I would do okay if I didn't track everything, but I would guess that that would start to slip pretty quickly. Certainly give it a try and let us know how it works for you. :)

Had to laugh. I just had a huge weight gain because I did not hold myself accountable for a couple of months. Obviously, I have to log in everything and monitor myself closely. I even feel better, more in control, when I do track everything. Everyone is different. Go with what works for you. Most of us got where we are weight wise by not being more accountable with ourselves. Your "Stay positive..." is a wonderful quote.

I need the accountability to myself.
