NO change or gain is good,, had a pretty uneventful weekend,, so wasn't expecting a gain.
TYJ
161.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks peeps ,, weigh in day tomorrow am hoping to get rid of the remaining vacation weight ,, but if not I will keep chipping away at it .

Yup - we all know the stuck place...but it does eventually move again when we stick with the plan!
