I really thought that I would pig out on some cakes, tarts, chips, etc. today because of my experiment to see how consuming those would affect my weight loss but I had zero cravings for them and the whole calorie thing kept buzzing at the back of my mind. Let's see how these last 4 days of bad eating add up with 2 fast days and 1 non-fast day before my weight-in on Thursday morning :)
