Why I have been using my treadmill instead of walking. This is not that far from me. My son's new school is one mile from this.

I have my kayaks and I'm just waiting to use them. My treadmill works so I'm using that. No excuses for not getting my steps in. My poor dog is used to 7 miles a day of walks and today no walk yet. Normally he has 2 to 3 miles in by now. I'm trying to train him for the treadmill.
