Bad bad bad bad day. Had a very emotional day and ate my feelings. 2 straight days with no processed foods and I ate everything but the kitchen sink today. I even had pop, which I haven't had in weeks. One small backstep turned into a mudslide and I'm so upset with myself. Tomorrows another day, hopefully the scale doesn't jump too much in the morning.

We all have them. Don't be too hard on yourself. Jump up and dust yourself off because tomorrow you are going to be on track because that is where your focus is going to be. Nothing we can do about things done past. All we have is now and we will move forward from there.
