While I'm sticking to the 1500 caleries per day or less, I'm not losing much weight day to day. Probably a good thing as I am eating my fill. Hopefully I'll see a noticible difference at the end of 3 weeks tho.
Today is a light day (Intermittent fasting day), ie less calories than usual.
Made Teff flour P. butter cookies so don't know how many calories, but definitely more protein than usual flour. The cookies are very grainy but delicious. Also made fruit cobbler with cocoanut flour topping. Will freeze that for future use.
