Alright, my nose is still in a cast, but I can't keep eating this way. I'm getting back into a keto diet today! I can't start playing ball again or exercising anytime soon, but I can least burn fat while I'm laying around! Haven't gained much, so that's good, but got to get to 145!! I'm back on the supplements now too!
153.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I actually cheated again. UGH! I'm starting back up on 8/11 though. Days 3-4 transition are always my worst. Lethargy, moodiness, and headaches. It'll suck, but I can do it!

I know you got hit during softball - isn't it a little better? I hope so. You can lose the gain once you are back on track.
