Feeling good!! Hard to not eat after working until 11 pm. Finish work need something to go to bed...or not! I did it the 1st day done...cannot wait to start the Drop Size Challenge on Monday!! Anyone joining the challenge? Have a great day knowing you can do this!! If there is a strong will, there is definite way!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The challenges are a great 'accountability' tool (and also for staying on track, incorporating new or different exercises and activities, changing up your diet/nutrition, or just basic motivation/inspiration and introspection) -- I joined a different challenge that begins Monday, but you are certainly doing good things by taking full advantage of every tool FS has to offer! Happy Friday and enjoy your weekend!
