I just couldn't resist, nice stuff always happen after a fast day :)
Now let's see what happens on monday..
It's very cold so I hope I get to do my afternoon run/briskwalks with hubby for the next 3 days; I'm sure the sunday fast day will also help.
224.4 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
