Had a bit of a cheat meal after having a jammed pack day of errands on an off day. The old less healthy version of myself would let this set back carry over all the way through the entire weekend. Not anymore. I am back in the gym at 5:30 tomorrow morning before work. As well as going low carb with the diet tomorrow!
