Well Rob that's not nice showing your o'BOD. Now puts some clothes on Mr. and shows some respect for your elders. Well it is about losing the inches and gaining the muscle. That is true!

If you find out months after doing your exercises and building strength (muscle) that you are gaining maybe your losing the inches and gaining muscle. What do you think of that? Well it is a just a thought
