*SIGH*

Whenever family visits... it's a lot of eating out and most of it unhealthy. I hate backsliding... gotta re-dedicate myself!!
242.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1456 kcal Fat: 32.46g | Prot: 48.45g | Carb: 217.37g.   Breakfast: Bananas. Lunch: Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns, La Victoria Green Chile Enchilada Sauce, Chipotle Mexican Grill Barbacoa, Romano's Macaroni Grill Roasted Garlic Cloves, Simply Nature Gluten Free Blueberry Pancakes. Dinner: Pinot Noir Wine, Ortega Diced Green Chiles, Sushi with Avocado rolled in Seaweed, Hissho Sushi Veggie Roll, Wegmans Small Tuna Rolls, Fujisan Spicy Tuna Sushi Roll. Snacks/Other: Krispy Kreme Traditional Cake Doughnut, Indian Flatbread Naan, Strawberries. more...
