Hi There...just a thought, or tip. According to today's science, you should NOT have fat-free dressing as we need some fat with our meals otherwise we don't absorb the nutrients in the food we are eating. People who eat ff dressing with salads for instance, do not absorb the nutrients from the salad they are eating! Can you believe that? It's true. You need about 1-2 tsp of good oil (this includes butter) with each meal. Your body will work better, you will be much more satisfied and you will lose more weight. Same for cheese, eat low-fat cheese NOT no-fat and milk etc. Happy Healthy Eating...For Life!
