Dancing! I'm figuring that should be pretty close to total weight gain over that week. I'm hoping it's helped my metabolism. Back to the straight and narrow.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2106 kcal Fat: 79.53g | Prot: 160.42g | Carb: 189.82g.   Breakfast: Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, Quaker Old Fashioned Oats, 2% Fat Milk. Lunch: Pink Lady Apples, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Olive Oil, Hard-Boiled Egg. Dinner: Butter, White Rice, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Raspberries, LeanFit Whey Protein Shake - Vanilla, MuscleTech 100% Premium Whey Protein Plus, Bananas, 2% Fat Milk. more...
