Whoop! Whoop! I'm finally below 60kg...5 more kg's to go and i'm at my goal weight
131.2 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Is the weight drop a result from being on the 5:2 Fast Diet for 1 week ?

@Big Boy I honestly don't know only had one Fast day my 2nd is tomorrow. I can't believe that I wasn't even hungry my 1st day, just felt a bit grumpy coz I just love to snack and had a slight headache. Was a bit cautious and didn't do my daily circuit training but think I can work it in tomorrow.

In my experience I have seen over 1kg drop literally in a day when I weighed myself before and after a fast day. The biggest drop was my 1st week at 2.7kg weight loss. My sister had a 2.6kg weight drop after her 1st week. This could be a result of the body shedding water weight. Don't be alarmed if the amount of weight you lose in the next week is lesser because it does not mean you have done something wrong to slow down weight loss. You will find plenty low calorie foods to snack on for your Fast Days. The trick is to choose foods that are low calorie but high in size/volume so that it fills you up and kills your hunger. Take it easy and ask for tips whenever you need them :) Just make sure you follow a weekly weigh-in that is done early in the morning after using the loo on the same day of each week after a fast day. This will give you weekly progress of your results. Weight will fluctuate up and down in those 7 days.

Thanks @Big Boy, totally agree with you that's why I prefer weighing myself first thing monday morning usually; since I don't gym over the weekend just the usual chores at home, temptation just got the better of me. I have been working extremly hard at gym and making sure I atleast take those stairs to the 6th floor once a day. I'll see again on monday, but i'm sure it'll be good.

I do my official weigh-in on Thursday mornings because I fast on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Thursday morning is after my fast day and far away from the weekend where I may sometimes indulge myself with extra calories so by Thursday I would have digested most of the weekend food. I could weigh-in on Saturday mornings but I figured I may have some Fridays where I don't fast because of it being the start to the weekend but so far I've kept all my Friday fasts :)
