I'm back on a positive losing streak. I'm exercising regularly again which really helps me stay motivate. I'm doing much better with the WW points too!

I think regular exercise is the key. I find I just want to eat better when I have a fitness routine. Stay with it - I am taking a break from WW and trying Fat Secreta again.
