Today was our monthly agency meeting and we always have a potluck to go with it. This month's theme was sandwich bar. It was great because we got to make our own so I could custom make our own. One lady brought a strawberry walnut spinach salad. Oh my it was delicious.

My back is feeling a little better today and I was able to pick up a little speed with walking. Take care of your backs!
