So I gave myself one month to stabilise my weight before I started again that is up now and though I floated back and forth between 260-265 I'm pretty happy let's see how I do by my birthday on the 4th 251 would be awesome under 18 stone!!!!
258.2 lb Lost so far: 123.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
