Good morning and happy Tuesday!
It's another super hot day here in the south. I'm definitely ready for some rain.
I'm doing great with food, but on and off with my water intake. I am drinking a minimum of 48 oz daily, which is still more than before. I went to Curves yesterday after work, and am going again today. All in all, I feel really motivated to lose some pounds and firm up! I love exercising, and always feel great afterwards. I think procrastination is my biggest problem.

What an absolutely positive way of looking at things! Yay! I know what you mean about it being boiling hot without any rain. We in Texas could use some too! Have a beautiful day and hope you enjoy your workout at Curves today! I was a member of Curves a long time ago and loved it. :)

Thanks FatSwatter -My sister is in Texas, and says it's pretty bad there too. I'm in Arkansas, and the humidity is horrible! I love Curves, too, and try to go 3 days each week :)
