My problem is that, since I lost 24kg from June 2013 - June 2014 I am really battling to loose anything anymore. I've tried the Atkins again since then, seeing that is how I lost the weight previously, but nothing... I'm stuck on 66kg.
I'm really at my wits end now, I only have 6kg more to loose. Sounds easy enough but it is a battle....
