Come on scale!!! I am adding some hands weights when I walk my 2-3 miles/3 days a week. Maybe this will give it a push!!! Here I go! Great job to all of you for trying to improve your health!! Keep on pushing on!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
