jmb3450's Journal, 27 July 2015

203 lbs this morning, the culmination of my week off, so I've got a little over 4 lbs to get back to where I was. Wasn't going to post a weight for a couple days but decided it was better just fess up to it now and be honest with everyone including myself. Handling the stress of being back at work and swamped by eating chocolate this morning didn't help my cause. I'm not really unhappy with the gain, it was expected. Goal for this week will be to get back into the 190's where I was. Hoping everyone has a good Monday.

Jump back on the train. You will get there. 4 pounds isn't huge you can do this!

I hope you had a really great vacation!! Stinks to be back to the grind, but I know you'll come back from that small gain :)

Life can be such a cha-cha dance, up a little, back down a little. Focus on the long term goal and you will do it!

How much of that gain is new muscle though? I wouldn't be too worried, you will slim right back down.

You will be down easily - still amazed by all the work you completed on the garage!

Thanks everyone. I'll be back on onederland soon, hopefully by Saturday, we'll see. I did a lot of munching Dave's sunflower seeds the past few days and they're loaded with salt so if I stay away from them that should help. Addictive things though, my step son got me hooked. HCB I think this is the first project I've ever done where it got completed right on the timeline I planned before starting. Not having any rain for a week helped a lot.

Redgirl, I agree being honest with yourself is a huge hurdle. Denial is easy.
