Well, they say it's harder to lose when you have less to lose and I guess they are right. The weight used to just fall off and down it's at a crawl. For a while it was a plateau, but now it's just slow going. And I know I'm eating too much cheese because I've been constipated, which affected my weigh-in 2 weeks ago. But, for the month of July I totaled a net 3 lb loss, which is better than the month before, but is still frustrating when I was averaging 8-9 lbs the first few months. But, I'm not giving up. Nope. I've come too far. I've just got to start eating more veggies and less cheese. I also think I've been going over on calories. So, I think I need to cut back on that stuff a bit too. Well, see ya in a week or two! (I still can't weigh more than a week or two at a time because my progress is slow and I like to see the scale move in the right direction, so I'll keep spacing it out).
171.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
