I am SO pleased! I am normally a glutton for wine and recently read somewhere that two units of alcohol can reduce metabolism by 73%!! So for the past three days I have been angelic in my determination to not over-indulge. In those three days, I have lost three pounds and 2.4% body fat.

I have been exercising religiously for the past six weeks and have never fluctuated more than 0.5 of a pound. Three days of -very- conscious alcohol consumption, and POOF, it's gone. I am SO HAPPY to see my weight FINALLY shifting.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
