Slow but at least it is coming off. Not able to walk because of foot injury and riding on the big truck all the time doesn't help but not gaining for now,\.
269.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 89.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Just remember. Create a deficit. It is that simple. The body tries very hard to keep fat on as a survival mechanism. Eventually the body has to burn that fat. I am no expert , I just read A LOT. Slow and steady wins the race.
